The Madagascar Cuckooshrikes (Coracina cinerea) is also known as the Ashy Cuckooshrikes, occur naturally on Comoros, Madagascar, and Mayotte in the Indian Ocean. The sub-species Comoros Cuckoo-shrike (Coracina cucullata) is by most considered a subspecies of the Madagascar Cuckooshrike, but some authorities consider them to be separate species.
