The Light-vented Bulbuls Pycnonotus sinensis(also known as Chinese Bulbuls,- are common in East Asia. The population can be found in Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Those occurring in Taiwan are considered a subspecies.

 

Characteristic

It has a large white patch covering the nape and the sides of its black head.

It’s song is described as a ‘cha-ko-lee…cha-ko-lee…’ sound.
